Is the internet division of Superbreak Mini Holidays Limited and part of Holidaybreak plc, a publicly quoted leisure company whose share price can be found in most major UK newspapers, or at www.holidaybreak.com.
Based in York, England, Superbreak specialises in booking 2-5 star hotel accommodation throughout Britain for the leisure traveller. Superbreak holds allocations of rooms at all hotels and can book up to and including the day of departure.
Superbreak.com is a one stop shop for hotel and short break bookings.
You can only book online up to the day before the stay date. For same day bookings call 0870 701 4444.
Superbreak has a team of c. 200 employees, and the offices are manned between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week.
The website displays the most up-to-date prices and is updated daily.
No booking fee. Superbreak also guarantees not to change the price after your booking has been confirmed.
Children are travelling in our party do we get a discount?
Normally children are free if sharing with 2 adults. Meals are not included for 'Free' children and these must be paid for at the accommodation
What's included in the price?
A complete price breakdown will be shown when you have selected your room type and moved on to the next page, before you complete your booking. All prices include service and VAT.
What if I need to change my reservation?
An administration or cancellation charge will apply.
What if I need special facilities during my stay?

Are my payment details secure?
Yes. - Superbreak uses a secure server to encrypt and protect all communication of personal details and credit card information between yourself and Superbreak. The secure server is authenticated and certificated by Thawte.com.
