Cruise Insurance
Cruise insurance is important in today’s travel industry. Unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or bad weather could result in you having to cancel your trip. With the high cost of carrier tickets and other trip-related expenses, you could risk losing a large amount of money if your trip is cancelled.
Travel insurance prices used to be based solely on the cost and/or length of the trip, on a per person basis, regardless of age. Now, more and more companies are basing premiums on the total cost of the trip per household and/or on a combination of the cost of the trip and the ages of the passengers. Many travel insurance companies cover children under certain ages for free, if they are travelling with their parents.
Don’t forget to take out special water sports insurance if you intend
to do anything out of the ordinary such as diving or waterskiing.
