Tenerife

The largest of the Canary Islands and enjoying the warmth of the African sun, Tenerife is drenched in year round sun. It is famous for Its volcanic scenery and black sandy beaches; though there are some palm-lined stretches of golden sands which have been imported from the Sahara.

Although it is closer to Africa than Spain, it still retains its unmistakable Spanish atmosphere. It is one island that can offer two very different breaks. In the South you will find hot sunshine and the all-out-fun resorts, whilst in the North you will find dramatic scenery and sophistication, like the lush in the Orotava Valley or the barren slopes of the usually snow-capped Mt Teide, Spain’s highest peak.
